In 2011, he began his international career in GDIT - Kuwait at the US Army Base Arifjan, where he worked in the TRC Production Control Unit as a SARSS Operator and Warehouse In-Charge, gaining strong experience in military-grade logistics systems and inventory control.
Since 2016, Shine has been part of the Logistics Department at Khazan Qatar, contributing to operational efficiency and process improvements. In 2019, he played a key role in the WMS implementation at the Kitco Finished Goods Store, supporting system integration and warehouse optimization.
His dedication and performance were recognized when he was awarded Employee of the Year in 2025. Shine is known for his reliability, system knowledge, and commitment to continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
